The UEM45-2 is a compact single-phase MIDvcertified energy meter designed for accurate energy measurement, monitoring, and billing in residential, commercial, and industrial installations. With its ultravcompact 1-DIN module design, the meter fits easily into distribution boards and control panels where space is limited while still delivering reliable and precise energy metering performance.

The device supports direct connection up to 45 A, eliminating the need for external current transformers and simplifying installation. It measures active energy and key electrical parameters, which can be viewed directly on the backlit LCD display or accessed remotely through RS485 Modbus RTU or M-Bus communication interfaces, allowing seamless integration with energy management systems, building automation platforms, and industrial monitoring systems.

Certified according to the MID Directive (EN 50470-3 Class B), the UEM45-2 is suitable for revenue grade sub metering and energy billing applications. The meter also supports bi-directional energy measurement, making it suitable for installations where both imported and exported energy must be monitored, such as renewable energy systems.

Additional functionality includes dual S0 pulse outputs for integration with external monitoring systems and multi -tariff management, enabling detailed tracking of energy consumption across different tariff periods.
