Shipping policy
All Power Quality Analysers (PQA), loggers, meters and accessories are shipped from our Seven Hills, NSW facility. Standard products are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days, while configured, calibrated or made to order units may require 5–10 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday excluding NSW public holidays.
We ship via reputable carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, DHL, UPS and FedEx. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and vary depending on destination and customs clearance for international orders. Tracking details will be provided once goods are dispatched.
Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate and for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges. Any shipping damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
