The CHK Large Voltage Clamp Assembly is a rugged, high safety connection solution designed for demanding outdoor, utility and industrial environments. Rated for operating currents up to 4A and CAT IV 600 VAC applications, it is ideal for overhead line monitoring, metal busbar connections and temporary voltage measurement installations in harsh field conditions.

Manufactured from V 0 flame-retardant and UV stabilised materials, the assembly provides long term durability, electrical safety and resistance to environmental degradation. Its corrosion resistant metallic components make it suitable for pole-top, substation and outdoor industrial installations.

The clamp is supplied with a 500 mm, 2.5 mm² multi contact, double insulated V0 rated cable, providing enhanced mechanical strength and operator protection. The lead is terminated with a CAT IV 600 V female banana socket for a secure and flexible connection to a compatible male banana-plug voltage terminal.

When paired with a suitably rated CAT IV male banana plug, the assembly supports up to 4 A at 600 VAC and can be used for voltage measurement, commissioning, fault diagnostics and power-quality monitoring applications.
