The CHK Large Voltage Clamp Assembly is a rugged, high safety connection solution designed for demanding outdoor and utility environments. Engineered for CAT IV 600V applications, this clamp is ideal for overhead line monitoring, metal busbar clamping, and temporary voltage measurement installations in harsh field conditions.

Manufactured using V0 flame retardant, UV stabilised materials, the assembly ensures long term durability, electrical safety, and resistance to environmental degradation. All metallic components are designed with non rust capability, making it suitable for pole top, substation, and industrial outdoor installations.

The clamp is supplied with a 500mm multi contact 2.5mm² double-insulated V0-rated cable, providing enhanced mechanical strength and operator safety. The lead is terminated with a CAT IV 600V female banana socket, allowing secure and flexible connection to compatible male banana plug voltage terminals.

When paired with a suitable CAT IV rated male banana plug, the assembly can be used for multi purpose voltage measurement, commissioning, fault diagnostics, and power quality monitoring applications.
