Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt if items are unused and in their original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers must cover return shipping unless the item is faulty. Custom or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective. Refunds are processed after inspection within 7–10 business days.

All CHK Shop products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, typically 12 months unless otherwise specified. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and not misuse or damage.
