Who We Are

CHKShop is the online store of CHK Power Quality Pty Ltd. We supply professional electrical test equipment, power quality analysers, energy meters, sensors, and related accessories.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the eCommerce platform that allows us to sell our products online. However, all purchases are made directly with CHK Power Quality Pty Ltd.

Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you once the goods leave our premises or are handed to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Warranty

Returns and warranty claims are handled in accordance with our Refund & Warranty Policy available on this website.

We do not accept change of mind returns unless approved in writing.

If a product is defective, we will repair or replace it in line with:

• The applicable manufacturer’s warranty; and
• Your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. For minor failures, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement.
