Returns & Warranty Policy

At CHKShop, we take pride in supplying professional electrical and power quality equipment. Due to the specialised nature of our products, we do not offer returns for change of mind.

However, if a product is defective, damaged in transit, or supplied incorrectly, we will replace the item under warranty at no additional shipping cost.

Warranty Replacement (Defective Items)

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please inspect the goods upon receipt and contact us immediately.

1. Your order number
2. Description of the issue
3. Photos or videos showing the defect

Once assessed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Replacement items will be shipped at no additional freight cost.
